Responsibilities: • Develop and implement engineering strategies to achieve company objectives • Manage and mentor engineering teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget • Oversee the development and implementation of engineering projects • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Monitor performance of engineering teams and identify areas for improvement • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project execution • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and stakeholders Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field • At least 5 years of engineering experience in a leadership role • Proven track record of successful project execution • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: • Master’s degree in engineering or related field • Experience in a corporate environment • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices • Strong understanding of engineering principles and processes • Ability to identify and resolve conflicts in a timely manner • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals
